  • 60 days before Check-in: 100% refundable on account of stay.
  • Between 45 days — 59 days before Check-in: 25% amount will be charged as retention.
  • Between 30 days — 44 days before Check-in: 50% amount will be charged as retention.
  • Between 15 days — 29 days before Check-in: 75% amount will be charged as retention.
  • Bookings cancelled under 0 to 15 days before check-in / NO SHOW: 100% of advance paid will be non-refundable.
